StellaPix Brighton

"TRANSWORKERS" is a travelling exhibition, available on request.

The Transworkers Project started in 2015, when I started to photograph trans people at work.

It is still running.

The photographs seek to counter the historically derogatory images often found in the media, by showing trans people in a positive light.

Please contact me if you would like to hang the show at your venue.

It has exhibited at:

2016 Brighton Pride - Trans Tent

2017 LGBT History Month, New Steine Hotel, Brighton

2017 Friends Centre Adult Community College, Brighton

2017 The Marlborough Hotel, Brighton

2017 Dorking Library, Surrey

2017 Redhill Library, Surrey

2017 Walton Library, Surrey

2018 London South East Colleges, across five campuses

2018 'B Right On' Festival, Phil Starr Pavilion, Brighton

2018 Depot gallery & cinema, Lewes, East Sussex

2018 Brighton Jubilee Library, 28th August - 1st September

2019 'B Right On' Festival, Phil Starr Pavilion, Brighton

If you are on the Trans / Non Binary spectrum, working for wages/salary, and would like to take part in the project, please contact me via email on my contact page.

There is no charge, but participants must be willing to free their image/s for unlimited exhibition use, which will mean that their photograph will appear in public venues and could also appear on the internet.
